This special concert to raise funds for the Israel Victims of Terrorism Fund (LEARN MORE) features boundary-crossing Israeli artist Guy Mintus, an acclaimed concert pianist and vocalist with the energy of a rock star and a jazz musician’s sense of adventure, performing with Israeli film star and vocalist Naama Nachum.
Coming from a mixed heritage of Iraqi, Moroccan and Polish Jews Guy Mintus’ performances are a “meeting point between different rivers of inspiration flowing freely into each other.” Winner of the Leonard Bernstein award and the composer of the music for the recent “Fiddler” documentary on HBO, he is constantly on the go performing in venues in Israel and around the world. An in-demand performer and recording artist, Naama Nachum has performed at a wide array of musical and theatrical productions at some of Israel’s leading cultural institutions and concerts abroad.
