A fully immersive experience, these intensives are crafted to refine participants’ skills in voice, dancing, and acting as well as technical aspects of theater production, such as set design, costume, & lighting. This program is designed to cater to different skill levels, from beginners to those with more experience, ensuring that every student can grow and learn. Students will also be able to test their creativity skills as each cast will help develop and create the script for their musical revue.
Session 1 "Pure Imagination" showcase will be held on July 31 at 8PM in the BellTheater. "Pure Imagination" will feature numbers from Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka JR., Seussical KIDS, Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR., Dear Edwina JR., Disney’s Frozen JR., Elf The Musical JR., Peter Pan JR., Annie JR., Roald Dahl’s Matilda The Musical JR., and Shrek The Musical JR.
Session 2 "Raise Your Voice" showcase will be held on August 28 and 29 at 8PM in the BellTheater. "Raise Your Voice" will feature numbers from Roald Dahl's James and the Giant Peach JR., Children of Eden JR., Fiddler on the Roof JR., Legally Blonde JR., Into the Woods JR., Disney's High School Musical JR., Lionel Bart's Oliver! JR., Disney's The Little Mermaid JR., Guys and Dolls JR., Singin' in the Rain JR., Disney's Aladdin JR., Disney and Cameron Mackintosh's Mary Poppins JR., Sister Act JR., Godspell JR., and Once on This Island JR.
Pricing: $400 for one session or $750 for both

Justin Christopher Odin
Justin Christopher Odon is an NJ-based theatre artist with a vast background that includes; directing, choreography, stage management, production management, set design, lighting design, sound design, costume design, prop design, theatre education, music direction, and performing. Justin Christopher is the founder and artistic director of Theatre@Home and Junior Theatre Productions (JTP). He has worked on many productions in the Monmouth/Ocean County area and is recognized for his dedicated work in helping young theatre artists create and grow. He is a proud advocate for the arts and is very dedicated to keeping the arts alive. He is a true believer of making the arts accessible to all. A few show credits include A Chorus Line, Be More Chill, In The Heights, Disney’s Descendants the Musical, Chicago, The Wizard of Oz, A Christmas Carol the Musical, Legally Blonde and The Prom. When he is not in the theatre, Justin spends his time as the bandleader and drummer of his event band, The Vibes. Justin Christopher has worked with many local performing arts academies and schools and is excited for this new venture with the Axelrod Performing Arts Academy!
